Prefab License Agreement

This Prefab License Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into as of 7/22/2023, by and between (The "Licensor") and Brandon Crook (hereinafter referred to as the "Licensee"). This Agreement governs the terms and conditions under which the Licensor grants a license to the Licensee to use the Prefab named "Square Maze Arena."

1. License Grant

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Licensor hereby grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the "Amazing Maze Arena" Prefab, as detailed in the documentation provided by the Licensor, solely for the Licensee's personal or server-related purposes.

2. Ownership and Copyright

The "Amazing Maze Arena" Prefab is and shall remain the exclusive property of the Licensor, and the Licensee shall have no ownership interest in the Prefab. All rights, title, and interest in the Prefab, including any copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights, are reserved by the Licensor.

3. Permitted Uses

The Licensee may use the "Amazing Maze Arena" Prefab in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. The Licensee is permitted to utilize the Prefab for:

Hosting events and activities on their gaming server, utilizing the "Amazing Maze Event" plugin or similar plugins.

Customizing the Prefab to suit the Licensee's gaming server environment.

Displaying the Prefab in promotional materials or screenshots related to the Licensee's server, provided appropriate credit is given to the Licensor.

4. Prohibited Uses

The Licensee shall not, without prior written consent from the Licensor:

Distribute, sublicense, lease, sell, or otherwise transfer the Prefab or any part thereof to any third party.

Modify, adapt, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on the Prefab.

Use the Prefab in any manner that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of the Licensor.

Use the Prefab for any unlawful or unethical purpose.

5. Support and Updates

The Licensee acknowledges that the Licensor is not obligated to provide support, updates, or maintenance for the "Amazing Maze Arena" Prefab. Any support or updates provided by the Licensor shall be at its sole discretion.

6. Termination

This Agreement may be terminated by either party with immediate effect upon written notice if the other party breaches any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, the Licensee shall cease all use of the Prefab and return or destroy all copies of the Prefab in their possession.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

The "Amazing Maze Arena" Prefab is provided on an "as-is" basis, and the Licensor makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Prefab's functionality, compatibility, or suitability for any specific purpose. The Licensee assumes all risks associated with the use of the Prefab.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Licensor be liable to the Licensee for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the Prefab or its use, even if the Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
