About Forgotten Dwelling Blues
It's a cave you can only enter from under the ocean. It's pretty decent size. You can fit submarines and drive them down the pipe or swim with scuba gear. The inside is 70% buildable. Big enough to have a couple people setup camp down there to duke it out or a decent group to take it over.
