PLUGIN LICENSE AGREEMENT
This Plugin License Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between the Purchaser and the Developer. This Agreement governs the use of the plugin software developed by the Developer (the "Plugin").
1. GRANT OF LICENSE
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Developer grants the Purchaser a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use the Plugin for personal use on servers owned by the Purchaser.
2. RESTRICTIONS
The Purchaser agrees not to:
a. Share, distribute, or transfer the Plugin, in whole or in part, to any third party.
b. Sell, lease, rent, or otherwise monetize the Plugin.
c. Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Plugin.
d. Remove or alter any copyright notices, trademarks, or other proprietary rights notices of the Plugin.
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The Plugin is the intellectual property of the Developer and is protected by copyright laws and international treaties. The Purchaser acknowledges that all rights, titles, and interests in the Plugin, including any intellectual property rights, are and shall remain the exclusive property of the Developer.
4. SUPPORT AND UPDATES
The Developer may, at their sole discretion, provide support and updates for the Plugin. The Purchaser acknowledges that the Developer is not obligated to provide any support or updates.
5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
The Plugin is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Purchaser assumes all risks and responsibilities associated with the use of the Plugin.
6. TERMINATION
This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by either party. The Developer may terminate this Agreement immediately if the Purchaser violates any of the terms and conditions stated herein. Upon termination, the Purchaser shall cease all use of the Plugin and destroy any copies in their possession.
By using the Plugin, the Purchaser acknowledges that they have read and understood this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
