Is that a 1% chance? Does 0.0 mean off and 1.0 means on? if I do 100.0 does that mean a 100% chance?

when the spawn chance set to 0.0 then it won't spawn
when the spawn chance set to 1.0 then it will spawn

Any plans to make that a scale? I run a private offline server and when i set the value to 1.0 i get 50k entities. If i set every value in the config to 0.0 i get 7k entities. It would be amazing if we could get a version where 0.5 on all areas of the config would halve everything and i could get 23k entities. I can utilize it by disabling a lot of stuff with 0.0 but i'd like to be able to make the amount spawned to be 25% if i set it to 0.25 for example.

I appreciate your plugin and ill be using it over Entity Reducer but i have a note for you even if you refuse to make the above change; Can you include a readme in the download or specify the way the SpawnChance works in the description? 1.0 and 0.0 makes it feel like it's a scale. If its just 0  means no and 1 means yes then why not just make it 0 and 1? Why add the .0 behind it?
