Please add oxide permissions to this plugin so I can sell it at the commands tab in Shop Controller

This plugin just makes the console command easier to run. Even without permission people can just run the console command to do the same thing

Has this been tested without auth 1/2 applied? I just tried it and couldn't get it work work without an auth level.

Might need to give the IsAdmin flag then remove it after the console command has been run.
