About Restrict Teams
To know the player's id use `players` in RCON/F1 terminal.
`/restrict_team <player_id>` - restricts player from entering any teams
`/allow_team <player_id>` - allows player to enter any teams
`/allow_team <restricted_id> <player_id>` allow that player to team with the other player. [ You may need to do this for both of them ... id1 id2 and ... id2 id1 ]
`/restrict_team <restricted_id> <player_id>` - restricts those two players from entering each others team.
