About My Mini
Disabled by default. To enable give the `mymini.use` permisson to whoever you want to be able to use the plugin.
For example, after loading the plugin you can execute `o.grant group default mymini.use` in your RCON / F1 console to enable all players to use the plugin. Or `o.grant group default mymini.use` so admins can use it.
Use `c.grant group default mymini.use` and `c.grant group default mymini.use` if you are using carbon.
The plugin spawns minicopter with 500 fuel where the player is standing, then immidiately mounts the helicopter with the engine already on. If the player sends the command again, the old mini will be destroyed and the new one will be spawned.
