1. Grant of License
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the "Resource Leveling Plugin" (the "Software") for personal or organizational use. You may use the Software on your server(s) but may not distribute, sell, or sublicense it.
2. Feedback and Contributions
You are encouraged to provide feedback, suggestions, or improvements to the Software. By submitting any contributions, you grant Wolfsketch (the "Licensor") the rights to use, modify, and incorporate your contributions into the Software without any obligation to provide compensation.
3. No Commercial Use
The Software is provided to you for free and for non-commercial use only. You may not use the Software in any way that is primarily intended for or directed toward commercial advantage or private monetary compensation.
4. Attribution and Watermark
You must retain all copyright notices, trademarks, and other proprietary marks on the Software. Any public use of the Software must credit the original author by keeping the watermark intact. You may not remove, alter, or obscure the watermark or other proprietary notices included in the Software.
5. Prohibition of Plagiarism
You may not claim the Software, or any derivative works based on it, as your own. Any derivative works or modifications must clearly state that they are based on the original Software created by the Licensor.
6. No Warranty
The Software is provided "as-is," without any express or implied warranties. The Licensor is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Software.
7. Termination
The Licensor reserves the right to terminate your license if you violate any of the terms of this agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession.
8. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
