Great plugin.

Just wanted to say a command to skip next restart would be handy.

You can use rs cancel that will cancel the ongoing restart.
Did you mean to skip the daytime restart ?

Yes, Sorry, I should have been more specific.

I use the daily restart for 7am but if I manually restart the server at say 5am for some other reason it will still restart at 7am as well.

So if I restart at 5am an option to skip 7am so it restarts in 26 hours time.

I guess there is no way to detect if a restart before the planned one means no futher restart.
If you restart it manually I think you can go with rs cancel otherwise I have no idea how to deal with it.

Can you be more explicit? Like use a text message or an embed?

The webhook embed messages are a bit big and intrusive, Rustcord for example allows you to select simple messages or embed to clean up the webhook channel. Just simple text without embed.
