RaidMarker Plugin Rules:

1. Destroying buildings not built by oneself will add a certain wanted duration (configurable).

2. Destroying tool cupboards not built by oneself will also add a certain wanted duration (configurable).

3. When destroying a tool cupboard, broadcast the event to all players (configurable).
