does this offer actual quests such as the QUESTS plugin from Umod?
or does this integrate with that plugin to display current quests from a plugin?

No, this plugin does not create quests directly. It allows you to display any desired information based on a permission. For example, if you use the quests plugin and integrate a permission requirement for each accepted quest, the player will have the information related to that quest displayed in their /journal, as specified in the config file. Everything can be customized for any type of permission, whether internal or external to the plugin. I plan to create an explanatory video next week to help you better understand its functioning.

Additionally, I am also working on a quest plugin that will be linked to objects. I won't reveal too much about it, but it should be released within 48 to 72 hours.
