Will this allow players to teleport in others  bases if they put the marker on someone else base and is there a cooldown option for it?-

This plugin gives admin and players permission to teleport to the marker they set.
This is not a plugin to save spawnpoints

Was not asking that... I was asking if a player had perms and said wanted to tp to a23 and there is a base at that tp spot would said that player tp into someones base?
