Added config option to prevent loading data file until final changes are made to the config. This will prevent players from using rerolls while the plugin is being set up and then having them reset after config is updated and plugin reloads. **Be sure to set "Enable Data" to true after your config changes for the plugin to load successfully**

Is there anyway to get the reroll to work with bradley drop and heli signal crates? for some reason, it doesnt work with any of those.
