Livestock Purchase Limit 1.0.0

Livestock Purchase Limit adds purchase cooldowns for calves and lambs, with separate cooldowns for male and female animals. Players with permissions can receive reduced cooldown times through configurable permission based multipliers.

Lamb & Calf:
Allows you to configure separate purchase cooldown times for male and female animals.

Cooldown multiplier by permission:
Allows you to configure reduced cooldown times for players with specific permissions (ex: VIP). The multiplier is applied to the base cooldown configured for each animal. For example, a multiplier of 0.5 reduces the cooldown by 50%.
