Any ETA on permissions?

Greetings @Death, say could you implement a permission system for this plugin?
That we have the possibility to activate or deactivate this authorization in a config.
If you activate the permission that this FullRepair is only active for everyone, if the user has the authorization.

Example of the configuration file FullRepair.cfg

Is there any reason why you uploaded Perfect Repair v1.1.0 by Orange instead of your own plugin?

Mean sure, they do the same thing.

But the one currently uploaded doesn't have a permission system and well, its by Orange...

Hi @Death, If possible, could you add configuration options to make specified item to take effectcould?
