Anyway to configure scarecrow / murderer health and loot?

After the entities despawn at day, do the bags of them stay laying around? Or also despawn? I had this problem with another similar plugin. I had about 400 random loot bags from the scarecrows laying around the entire map.

One more question. I have purchased the plugin and I love it! But I am having one small issue I can't figure out. It's not wanting to start at night unless I manually reload the plugin. I'm not using any plugins that effect the time of the day either. Any suggestions?
