If you want, yes, but you can modify it so that no one builds it.

I do like the monument but just so you know, players cannot build in this

but do you want the players to build or not?

It is a casino monument with some loot, so that people can build and create their houses you have to put an invisivle collider.

and if you let people build they could lock up the construction and not let anyone use the casino

If you want them to control the people, you tell me where you want the people to build and I will configure it that way, but that configuration is not included in the price, you will have to pay it

Hi there! This is why I asked the pre-sale questions about the features before purchasing. No worries, I’ll learn how to add these elements myself. I appreciate the monument; it’s really well done! At the moment, I would rate it 3/5 stars due to the current inability to build and the missing alpha layers & height map. This prefab requires expert-level map editing and careful planning to transition people through the alpha layers safely. It took me about 25 minutes to place it as I wanted, but when I loaded the map, there was grass in the hallway where I applied the alpha layer. I think I might need to add dirt first before applying the alpha layer. Given the price, I was a bit surprised it didn’t include these extras. For nearly the cost of an entire map, spending an extra 5-10 minutes to create a height map and alpha layer for customer would have been a great addition. I think the only way I would consider paying extra would be for personal projects beneficial to my community not a suggestion for your prefabs improvements. I hope this does not come across in any kind of negative way I am grateful for the work you have done on this.

Our server is very roleplay oriented the Vault 21 overseer (a player) will be running this and renting some of the spaces once I get it all cleaned up the way we want it. I will send you a pic of us all in our vault outfits  We are doing Fallout Factions and this type of stuff is great for us. We have added Chems, Vault doors, pip-boys all kinds of neat stuff. 

Thanks for the comments, they are always constructive, normally the prefabs are created flat to adapt them more easily, since in the past I made them with heights and textures and the result of that to adapt them to different maps gives errors that later do not fit and they make errors, that's why I decided to make them on plains without any alphas or terrain or textures. Outside of your suggestions, I will take them into account for future work. By the way, if you need custom maps, I also make them privately for streamer series, in case you're interested. interested.
