LICENSE AGREEMENT AND TERMS OF SERVICE
This License Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into by and between myself ("Licensor") and the individual or entity downloading or using the Police Station Monument (the "Licensee").
1. Grant of License 1.1 Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use the Rust Police Station Monument (the "Product") solely for personal or commercial use within the Licensee's own Rust game servers. 1.2 Licensee may modify the Product for personal use but may not distribute, sell, or share the modified or original version of the Product in any form.
2. Restrictions 2.1 Licensee shall not resell, distribute, or otherwise make the Product available to any third party, whether in its original form or as a modified version. 2.2 Licensee shall not sublicense, lease, lend, rent, or otherwise transfer the Product to any third party. 2.3 Licensee shall not use the Product in any manner that violates any applicable laws or regulations.
3. Intellectual Property Rights 3.1 Licensor retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Product, including all intellectual property rights therein. 3.2 Licensee acknowledges that no ownership rights are being conveyed under this Agreement.
4. Term and Termination 4.1 This Agreement is effective upon Licensee's acceptance and shall continue until terminated. 4.2 Licensor may terminate this Agreement at any time if Licensee breaches any of the terms herein. 4.3 Upon termination, Licensee shall cease all use of the Product and destroy all copies, including any modified versions.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties 5.1 The Product is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 5.2 Licensor does not warrant that the Product will be error-free or uninterrupted.
6. Limitation of Liability 6.1 In no event shall Licensor be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Product, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
7. Governing Law 7.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of local jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
8. Entire Agreement 8.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
9. Amendments 9.1 Licensor reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any modifications will be effective upon posting on this site. Licensee's continued use of the Product after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
