No Blueprints 1.0.3

Is there a way to get this to work on Carbon? I dont have oxide installed.
I put it in the carbon\plugins folder but, nothing.

Maybe its not compaitble or wrong folder - I used it on oxide but, Im new to carbon.

This is not a plugin it goes in your "extensions" folder in carbon

its Harmony mod    

not carbon
not oxide.
