Noclip 1.0.0

Player says it's reading as Enabled but pressing Space bar does not initiate flight. There is no config file to mess with.  Nothing abnormal in my RCON.

space bar does not make you fly you have to type /noclip and use the w,a,sd keys to fly

does this diable fly hack for the person using it if they are not a moderator/owner

Could you add a configuration option to only allow players to fly within their TC Privileged areas?
