After I bought and tried to contact the developer for help regarding hosting (must be a Windows VPS, hasn't been described anywhere yet), Gnome informed me that his friend is hosting the bot, he doesn't even know how these things work and he doesn't have time either.

Now, the article includes a note that you "require a proper hosting environment to run" - which wasn't mentioned before.
