§3 Contact and Discord rules
3.1 Message spamming will be penalised with a timeout or ban.

3.2 Racist, discriminatory, sexist or offensive comments are strictly prohibited and will result in a ban.

§4 Support
4.1 Support is provided exclusively via our Discord server by creating a ticket.

4.2 Since we cannot check all shops and platforms on a daily basis, we kindly ask you to create a ticket in case of problems. We will find a solution as quickly as possible.

4.3 Support is only available in German or English

§5 Feedback
5.1 In the event of dissatisfaction with our services, we ask for appropriate and respectful communication.

5.2 Feedback is welcome, but should be truthful and factual.

§6 Exchange and adjustments
6.1 No exchange is possible after completion of the service. Customisations or changes are possible for custom orders.

7.1 Advertising in text or voice form or in private chat is not permitted.

§11 Delivery time and deadlines
11.1 We will endeavour to provide all services within the agreed deadlines.

11.2 Delays due to unforeseeable circumstances, force majeure or events beyond our control shall release us from the obligation to deliver on time.

§12 Updates and functionality
12.1 The service is sold as functional in its current state. We assume no obligation to subsequently adapt or update the Service unless this is expressly agreed in writing.

12.2 Changes to platforms, technologies or other relevant factors that occur after the provision of the service are beyond our control. We therefore cannot be held liable for any malfunctions or incompatibilities resulting from such changes.

12.3 No liability is accepted for malfunctions that occur due to changes to third-party platforms or other technological developments if these changes occur after the service has been completed.

§13 Terms of payment
13.1 Payment shall be made in accordance with the agreed terms.

13.2 In the event of delays or outstanding payments, we reserve the right to suspend the provision of further services until payment has been received.
