ChangeList for Ember 1.0.4

I would like to suggest two things:

Firstly, rename some parts of the module to reflect the official Rust Changelist:

1. Rename "Change List" of the navlink by "Changelist",
2. Rename "Change List" title by "Changes",
3. Rename "change-list" URL by "changes",
4. Rename page name (the tab name) by "Changes

Secondly, I would like to be able to privately prepare my changelist over time then, when ready, publish it.

I would also add the possibility to be able to move the threads up or down as I see fit as a drag and drop option

We are not plannign to add more options for now We have more plans about the modules we have but no time to add more options for now.

like these changes. Also if you multiple servers its faded. also how to make the header darker?

the plugin need an update !!! Ember 2.5.3 is out and made all modules broken
