Uploaded files and images used to build your listing’s previews.

Include the actual files

Upload the supported .map or .prefab files, directly or inside a ZIP. A listing image alone cannot produce a 3D scene.

Match prefab images

Include a PNG with the same base name as its prefab, such as Harbour.prefab and Harbour.png. For several prefabs, give each its own matching image. Ambiguous images may not be selected.

After an upload

Preview processing runs in the background. Check the file page after processing completes and select each included map or prefab. A paid file also needs 3D access enabled before visitors can explore it.

If a preview fails

Keep the original uploaded archive available and note the affected file and variant. Include any error shown when contacting support. Editing the listing description does not repair an invalid map or prefab.
