Choose the starting view and highlight places visitors should see.

Set the starting view

1. Open the relevant 3D preview as the author or a co-author.
2. Move to the starting position and face the direction visitors should see.
3. Open Settings and the Author section. Choose Use current position, or Automatic spawn to reset it.
4. Set the starting time, time progression, and default markers. Prefabs also offer Land or Ocean.
5. Add an optional welcome message of up to 500 characters, then choose Save defaults.

Add points of interest

Press P while exploring to add a labeled point. Manage existing points in Session. Points of interest stay visible when visitors turn automatic markers off.

Files with several previews

Defaults and points belong to the selected preview. Check each map or prefab separately. Visitors can override their own marker preference.
