Enable or disable a file’s 3D preview

Choose whether visitors can explore your file in 3D.

Change access

  1. Sign in as the file author or a listed co-author.
  2. Open the file page and use its 3D preview action to enable or disable access.
  3. Check the preview from the file page after saving.

What the choice affects

The setting applies to that file, including its preview variants. It does not change every file on your account. Free files default to enabled unless you have made an explicit choice; paid files require opt-in.

Enabling access does not create a missing preview instantly. Processing must finish first. Disabling 3D does not remove the 2D map preview. Visitors must sign in for 3D, and phones cannot open the 3D viewer.
