Schedule a file update

File updates with a future release date and optional early downloads.

What to do

  1. On your file, choose Schedule a new version when that option is available.
  2. Complete the version details, files, and changelog, then set the Release Date.
  3. Decide whether members may download it before release using the available Can Download option.
  4. Review the saved entry under Scheduled Updates. Use Change Release Date, Release Now, or Cancel as needed.

Good to know

A scheduled version is not yet the published release. Early downloading is only offered when allowed. A separate branch promotion can conflict with a scheduled update, so review both release plans.
