A branch did not move to Main

A delayed or blocked branch release, including conflicts with Main or scheduled updates.

What to do

  1. Open Manage branches on the affected file.
  2. If Main changed after you saved the branch, update the branch against the current Main version.
  3. Check for a pending version awaiting approval or a separate Scheduled Update. These can prevent promotion or take priority.
  4. If automatic promotion is paused after repeated failures, review the error and save the corrected branch, or ask staff to investigate.

Good to know

Changing a Beta date or removing it changes its automatic release plan. Do not repeatedly create another branch or schedule to get around a conflict. Include the file, branch, intended date, and displayed error if you contact creator support.
