Get help when you cannot sign in
A password, email, or sign-in method that no longer gives you access to your account.
Choose the problem
- Forgotten password: use Forgot your password? and check your account email.
- Verification code or lost phone: follow two-factor authentication recovery.
- Discord or Steam: use the same account you linked before. See Discord sign-in or Steam sign-in.
- Waiting for an email: follow email confirmation help.
You still cannot sign in
Use account-access support with your account name and an email address you can access. Verify that contact email, then submit your request. Our team will confirm account ownership separately.
Keep the private ticket link in your email for replies. Do not send passwords or authentication codes.
