Confirm the address
- Check the email address shown on the confirmation page.
- Open the confirmation email in that inbox and follow its link.
- Return to the site and sign in to the same account.
The email has not arrived
Check spam and junk folders. Use Resend Confirmation Email on the confirmation page, then open the newest message.
The address is wrong or you cannot access it
For an email-address change, use Change Email Address on the confirmation page to correct it. If you cannot correct the address or receive the message, use account-access support with an address you can access.
