    I host my server with Nitrado and I have the biggest offer for RAM so I'm a bit stuck and I paid 3 months in advance I think I'll try another host when my subscription is finished

    I still haven't found the solution. I tried to reduce the mods, the NPCs in the bioms, the NPCs move a little more, but the reactivity is not there. I also have that with the NPCs of better NPC, the server runs between 15 and 27 fps, no errors in the console.
