Allows the vendor to travel any maps, including those without ring roads. The map can be either custom or procedural. The vendor can drive on both country roads and paved roads. You can do it yourself in the ISS_config plugin. To do this, you need to move the coordinates that I highlighted in the screenshot to the "Settings for Static NPC that appear when the station spawns (Preset name - positions)" section
