    I only want the metal facemask, metal plate torso, roadsign kilt and hazmat suit to generate perks, and no perks for all other clothing items. Do I need to blacklist the entire armor category and then add whitelist entries?

    After this issue occurs, pressing E no longer deletes building blocks; instead, it stores them away. The stored blocks can be decomposed, allowing players to infinitely farm the decomposition materials.
