FixDeepSeaTransfer is a bug-mitigation plugin for Rust servers running Carbon or Oxide/uMod. It improves PlayerBoat passenger handling during Deep Sea transfers by synchronizing passengers with the boat, preserving their relative positions, and recovering players who are left behind when entering or leaving the Deep Sea. It also helps prevent suicide damage caused by invalid dismount positions during transfers. The correction is limited to passengers involved in active Deep Sea transfers, so normal vehicle transfers and dismounts remain unaffected. The plugin mitigates known transfer issues but cannot guarantee that every possible edge case will be eliminated. Testing updates in a non-production environment is recommended. Compatibility: Rust Dedicated Server with the current production versions of Carbon and Oxide/uMod. The plugin is automatically compiled against both environments before release. Installation: Carbon: Copy FixDeepSeaTransfer.cs to carbon/plugins. Oxide/uMod: Copy FixDeepSeaTransfer.cs to oxide/plugins. Research Table & Workbench Blocking: Players without the required permission receive a localized error message when attempting to use restricted features. INSTALLATION 1. Download BlueprintOnly.cs 2. Place in oxide/plugins (Oxide) or carbon/plugins (Carbon) 3. Configure permissions as needed 4. Restart server No configuration file needed. Messages are customizable through Oxide's lang system. USAGE EXAMPLES Scenario 1: Public Server with Notifications Grant both permissions to default group. Everyone can research/use workbenches and see notifications. Scenario 2: Blueprint-Only Server Don't grant any permissions. Players must find blueprints in the world. Scenario 3: VIP Research Access Grant research.use to VIP group, workbench.use to default. Only VIPs can research. Scenario 4: Silent Admins Grant notify.bypass to admin group. Admins learn blueprints without broadcasting. TROUBLESHOOTING Translations not working: Check console for "Translation system initialized" message. Verify player language settings in Rust. Notifications not appearing: Check player doesn't have notify.bypass permission. Already-known blueprints don't trigger notifications.
