Hey can you please send me your config? These issues don't make much sense to me as they've never been reported before from what I know

This is not possible currently due to the way Facepunch implemented wallpapers. They're not a separate entity and the building block itself tracks the wallpaper ID and skin, within the building block logic. Meaning that if you'd want the wallpaper to be on both sides, the only way you could do that is duplicate the wall and flip it 180 degrees.
