Prefab hangar with zombies.
This is a military scientific laboratory where military researchers used to live. But they left it in a hurry, now players of your server will be able to build and live there. There is a helipad, a recycler, and there is space for a car in the hangar. A zombie is mothballed in the hangar, which will no longer harm anyone and is used in the hangar as a decoration.
