How do i use this its not like a normal 'base'? is there a command what goes where? lol

so like copy/paste base would save like base69 and use copy /paste is it like that?

What are you asking? This is a prefab. You add it to your map using an editor. Players can then build a base here. There's no commands or associated plugins. It's just a prefab.
