the first base in pics above (the farm base) can you make us so we can build below as want to place a tc but only the top floor outside is buildable 

Also as u come down floors can u add walls and a door so the player can add their own doors 

If not can you tell me how to do it

Players can build on the lower floors, but the ceiling can prevent the placement of foundations. Everything is designed so that players build from above, foundations and doors can be placed around the elevator.
