Yes, PVP/RAIDING is blocked while PVE is ON

Hi

I was wondering, will your plugin work in the true PVE plugin, or do I need to remove the true PVE plugin.

This plugin (Tournament Timer 1.0.1) look like something I am looking for on my server. The reason I want to know as I got no decay as the true PVE prevent the base decaying.

As there not much information on this plugin, not sure if I want to get it in case it messes with my other plugins. 

Can you please give me more details about the plugin that you have created.
