Server Population 1.0.1

This plugin is designed to regulate the animal population and transport on your server.
You no longer have to search for parameters of animal populations and transport, everything is collected in this plugin.

The "Maximum number of players" parameter has been added to the plugin so that there is no need to restart the server if you need to change the maximum possible number of players on the server.

I noticed that outdated populations were enabled after one of the updates, so I added the "Zombie population" parameter to the plugin. I do not recommend setting a value greater than 0, it is a square entity that does nothing. Added with a value of 0 to avoid them appearing in the future due to update errors.
