RocketBarrage Plugin License Agreement
This license agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Avalon ("Owner") and any user ("User") who downloads and uses the RocketBarrage plugin ("Plugin").
1. Grant of License:
Owner grants User a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use the Plugin for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
2. Ownership and Restrictions:
Owner retains all ownership and intellectual property rights in the Plugin. User may not modify, distribute, sublicense, or sell the Plugin or any derivative works based on it, in whole or in part, without prior written consent from the Owner.
3. No Warranty:
The Plugin is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. User uses the Plugin at their own risk.
4. Limitation of Liability:
In no event shall Owner be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the Plugin.
By downloading and using the RocketBarrage Plugin, User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
