About Recycler Timeout
This plugin is a very simply plugin designed to prevent players from AFKing recyclers, when the player loots a recycler, if they have not started recycling after 30 seconds (configurable) the recycler will close and return all items (if possible) to the player. Otherwise once the recycler has finished recycling items the plugin will start a timer as long as there are no other recyclables inside the recycler.
