Minicopter Licence Plate 1.2.0

Each time the server restarts, an additional plate is added. In other words, on the second day, the second plate is attached to the first plate.
The image drawn on the plate appears to flash.
Destroy the top plate to reveal the drawn plate. Can this problem be fixed?

Finally got round to fixing it. Sorry, took a 6 month Rust holiday, as the scene was just too much along with IRL stresses.

It will add plates to existing minis, but only on server restart.
