WARNING:  You can't change the state of Global Chat. If you use this plugin, your default chat is Local.
Local Chat Extension  changes the chat to default local chat, everyone within a range of max. 15 meters can read this message. This range can be changed by command.

Permissions

localchatextension.trange  -- Required to use the the  trange  command.

Commands

/trange  -- Changes the range of local chat from 15 -7-3m.

/w <name> <message>  -- Sends a private message to a player.

@ <message>  -- Use  @  to write in global chat.
