Pretty good and simple plugin.

Just a note that it is not clear if the message sent is to all users or only the user himself or admins. I'm pretty new to Rust plugins, so probably my lack of knowledge, but would be helpful in the plugin description. It may be due a translation issue as the author is I think Japanese.

This plugin has the following features:

・Prohibition of research table specifications In Research table, If user click "Begin Reseach", item is not researched and message appear informing the user.

・Prohibition of opening the tech tree in the workbench In workbench's tech tree, If user long press an item to research or click "Unlock", item is not researched and message appear informing the user.

・In-game chat notification when BP is learned --> To all players (this is my understanding as the PrintToChat function takes a single String argument as oposed to player, message.

・Bypass by permission
