welcome panel is bugging when loading in to my server, it goes like this, and after 2-3 seconds it will show everything. It used to be a smooth transition but something seems to be wrong, can you help?

yeah i done that and when i tried to upgrade even as a vip to test, i got the pop up saying I don't have the required permissions
