Research Facility 1.0.1

Ladders need ladder triggers to use and a lot of the stairs don't allow players to walk up them smoothly.  Best to go ahead and pay the $3 to upgrade to RE Pro so you can test these things.  Honestly, I'm surprised the mods let this one through with all these issues.

Apologies RustMaker. This was a rushed Prefab and was not aware of this issue (Ps - I know im replying in 2023, ive had a brake from rust ect). Im back into Making some stuff now so will address this and release a new update with some fixed.
