You have to put codelocks on the room entrance and keylocks on the other room doors ( the front rooms have an entrance in hallways and on the balconys, and yes the hotel plugin works with this hotel

Any idea why the doors won't spawn in? They are there where I place it down in rustedit, but not when I look at the live map.

Seems like you are missing the RustEdit dll:
https://github.com/k1lly0u/Oxide.Ext.RustEdit

Note:
They will only spawn on a fresh wiped server. So a old savegame will not work if RustEdit isnt installed before the first save.
