Did you restart your server after installing the mod?

Yes fresh restart my testserver.

Oxide sandbox doesn't have to be disabled for it to work. Did you place the mod into the correct folder? 

Yes its in Harmony Mod folder.

Deinstall Oxide restart server only with harmony mods and it works. reinstall oxide and no working
