Hi There,

I would like to request a refund for a custom map I bought. I logged a support ticket over a week ago, without a response. I added a topis on the discussion page with vague responses.

What is the next step for me to get a refund?

It seems the author was responsive to comments, so I recommend giving them a bit more time to respond to your support request. I'll ping them here so they're aware of your outstanding support request. @Keirox

Would be nice if he responds to the tickets as well though. But ok, will give it a bit more time. Thank you for responding.
